Colleagues know me as a highly innovative marketer and saleswoman who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach, or to let the creative ideas flow. But I know that the client’s business always comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Alternatively, I spend a vast amount of time understanding the business and the audience before proposing ideas. I work magnificent with a team, and just the same solo. I don't care who gets the credit, I just want to win.
